Using the App
Groom at Home provides educational grooming courses, AI-assisted coat guidance, product recommendations, and reminders to help you groom your dog at home. Our guidance is educational and informational — it's not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. If your dog has a medical issue, please consult your vet.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate info when signing up and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions & Billing
- We offer a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
- After the trial, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) is billed through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime from your membership settings; you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are handled per applicable law and our refund policy — reach out if you need help.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use the app to:
- Upload content that's unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Share your account in a way that bypasses subscription limits.

Termination
