• Dog profiles: Your dog's name, breed, coat type, and any photos you choose to upload for grooming evaluations and diagnostics.
• Grooming activity: Grooming logs, reminders, and lesson progress you create to help you stay on track.
• Saved products: Products you bookmark for easy reordering.
• Basic usage info: Anonymous analytics that help us understand which features you love and fix things that break.

We use your data to power the features you signed up for — nothing more:

• Personalize grooming courses and AI coaching to your dog's coat type.
• Send grooming and product reorder reminders you've set.
• Process your subscription and keep your membership active.
• Improve our courses, recommendations, and app performance.

We never sell your personal data to anyone.

When you upload a photo for an AI grooming evaluation or coat diagnosis, that image is used only to analyze your dog's coat and provide grooming guidance. We don't use your photos for advertising, and we don't share them with third parties. You can delete any dog photo from your profile at any time.

We use notifications only to deliver the grooming and product reminders you set up yourself. You can turn reminders off or disable email notifications anytime from the Reminders screen in the app.

We work with a few trusted partners to run the app. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Stripe: Handles subscription payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
• Amazon (Affiliate): Product links may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon handles any purchases on their own platform.
• Apple: Used for sign-in and app delivery, under their privacy policy.

You're always in control of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct information that's inaccurate.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Opt out of reminder emails and notifications.

To request deletion of your account and data, just reach out to us at the email below and we'll take care of it promptly — no runaround.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to keep your data safe and only retain it for as long as needed to provide the service.

Groom at Home is intended for adults who groom their dogs. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date. For significant changes, we'll also notify you in the app or by email.
